Good morning! Weight: 226. I half-expected a gain as yesterday I ate more than I'd intended. Becca, her friend, Annie and I drove to Stowe and really had a wonderful day! Unfortunately, the glass-blower was on lunch break so we didn't see that, but our stop at Cold Hollow was fun! It was packed as usual and interesting to note the many cars from out-of-state! I LOVE their Cider Apple Jelly and bought a jar of that, a jar of Spiced Apple Butter (altho' Becca said it's not as good as Grandma's apple butter!), some Stoned Wheat crackers, a half-dozen of apple cider doughnuts (mmmmm) and a chunk of Extra Sharp Vermont cheddar. Didn't buy apples or cider; forgot to! Duh! Anyway, I snacked on crackers & jelly/apple butter, and ate two doughnuts. But, the cool thing is, it was perfectly okay! It was part of the days adventures, and I wasn't going to "deny" myself special fall treats because I'm on a "diet"! So there! :D We also browsed through some stores, and then spent almost an hour at a really cool art gallery where we bought beads/ glass stars to hang in my kitchen window at Christmas, and the proprietor helped me create these fun earrings!
Well, it's almost time to get dressed for church; Erin's planning to come over afterward to help me with the blog, so hopefully you'll see some really neat changes! :)
Oh. Today's Plan:
AM: Coffee/leftover omelet/thin toast w/ Cider Jelly
Snack: Probably won't have one as breakfast is late today.
Lunch: Chicken Taco's per recipe posted the other day! YUMMO!
Snack: Stoned Wheat crackers w/ cider jelly and apple butter.
Dinner: Vegetable Beef soup (if I make it) or perhaps, cheeseburgers/salad/cottage cheese
Snack: Popcorn/or SF fudgesicle
Exercise: Gotta look at the gym/class schedule OR bike ride OR weights/cardio
Today's Goal: To not eat too many crackers w/ cider jelly and to be sure and exercise!
