Back from a solid hour at the gym; feels great!  Checking email and my weekly fitnessmagazine email was in.  This is another great resource for information and encouragement to me!  Check it out!

Checked out a Zumba class at The Edge~ wow.  Very different from the other two I've been to in the past.  This teacher added lots of ballet flavor to it but it was a combination of many dance styles; I SOOO wish I could do it and enjoy it more.  But I guess practice makes perfect~ wonder what the next class will be like?
